Trash day where I live in Allendale is every Monday, I came home today to see some of my trash still there. Must have been too cold for the garbage man to get off his useless rear end to pick ALL of the trash.

We've been with Republic for years and generally stick with a provider but lately I've had to pick up trash along the street for each of the past three weeks. Our bin is rarely filled and in fact is usually only half full so what is the problem? It's bad enough you've raised your rates twice this year, I should not have to pick up loose trash every week. I'll expect an explanation before friday next or I'll be waiting for your driver when he arrives in the morning and ask him personally.

Not only did they price match to give us cheaper service and always come on time, I just had our collector stop his truck, honk the horn for my two year old son who was dancing at the front door watching, and ask if he'd like to come out and honk the horn himself. The wind chill is -20 right now, and I doubt a lot of guys would willingly get out of their truck to make a two-year-old's day. He'll be talking about this for weeks! We'll never switch service!
