Best car buying experience I ever had
I purchased my truck an hour away in Malvern ohio, at 29k miles i purchased the extended warranty from sunset vw,they promised to give me a loaner whenever I would need services as they wouldn't before because I didn't purchase the truck from them,their only a couple miles from me so I thought it would be worth it to buy the warranty from them,it wasn't, they lied,wouldn't give me a loaner and wanted to charge for diagnosis, they said if the diagnosis discovered it was covered I'd be reimbursed, I left,I called DayStar in Ma... read more
