I lived at Southgate, and found it to be a very nice park. There is a pool, a bbq area, playground, and lots of open grassy space for the kids to play. The homes are nice, most of them are newer, and the management does a good job of keeping the whole place clean and safe. It was within walking distance of my kids school too, which is a very good school.
Do not live here the people that run it are awful
I agree 100% with the previous post. These people are strict beyond any reasonable explanation. And, the management is not fit to run the park. When confronted with questions about the least agreement, Mrs. Geter will not directly answer questions and threatens to evict you without explanation. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
