My family and I lived in this park for almost 14 years. We never bothered anyone and stayed to our selves yet the management constantly picked on us and threatened to evict us untill they finally did, for STUPID reasons such as us having a swimming pool in our yard and a small dog that they said was not a breed that was permissible. She was a beagle mix, Other people had much bigger dogs. The management are CRAZYand if you ever defend yourself, it only gets worse. If you move in here, your life WILL be miserable!!!!!
Had a fairly pleasant experience until time to move out. I d say go ahead a leave a mess for the cleaning and mowing staff because they will look for tiny, ridiculous reasons to not credit back your full deposit anyway. If they are determined to charge you fees, give them a good reason.

I lived here for about two years, and had a fairly good experience. The trailers are nice little places to live, however the ladies who work in the office are rude and unprofessional. When things need to be repaired, (which is often because several the little houses are falling apart) they take their time sending someone to repair them and when the do come they do a poor job. Becareful if the girl that works for them comes around.her name is jayla..she will take you for your money so she can buy drugs.she will enter your home bend over to make sure you see her breast and talk about anything even sex and even #\$%\$/#\$%\$s then ask you for money.gives you a #\$%\$ takes the money says she will pay you back soon but then never does.when she is working she does side jobs so gets paid for both.jayle is stealing from sunset village hand over hand.when someone is kicked out she takes the good things a... read more
I have been recently evicted from this park with no notice. I just moved in around Christmas. My mother passed away in Nov. and left me the home. I know of one other person who was also evicted because of to much traffic coming in & out. Her father had cancer & needed people to watch him why she was at work. Dont move your trailer here unless you have the money to move it back out.
Everyone is right! Dont move in here. The people that run the park are completely crazy. They are out of their minds and are constantly throwingpeople out for the simplest things.
Well, the people who run this mobile home park are intirely way too strict. They get on to everyone about every little thing. If you are under 50 years old, do not consider this park at all. More of a retirement place, not a place to raise your kids. They took out one of the two swimming pools and Ive heard they are going to take out the playground as well. If you move here, be on your Ps and Qs or youll be ran out...........
