If there was a zero star option I would’ve used it. They’re now evicting everyone who doesn’t want to buy their trailer right out and pay them $600/month lot rent. Parks owned by Nelson Communities are money scams and put families in hardships. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Lived here for four years and always payed on time but the office staff and workers need to be more professional and compassionate towards their teneates that actually follow the rules and pay their bills
