This is easily one of the most unique and beautiful trailer parks that I've been to for a long time. Currently I am new to the park but I had to live there when I was 18 my up to 21 and not that the management then was bad. But the place seems to be very well managed as of right now. Very friendly people and the tenants seem to be easy to get along with. Mostly quiet will stay to themselves but not afraid. Sparking up a conversation either. Everything seems to be really nice. If that changes I'll post it.
Certainly better than Smith Street those trailers need to be torn down they're not fit to live in
My name is Mary & I wanna leave a review for Melissa , the maintenance lady.. she is the best & so is Jenn… they both go above & beyond just being managers of a trailer park..they treat u like family… even on weekends I can call them at anytime & they will be there…as far as I’m concerned Melissa & Jenn is the ONLY good thing going for this trailer park.. they truly treat u like family & not just a renter..I have watched Melissa in 100 degree weather cutting grass all over this trailer park even on weekends & that’s with her... read more
