They are not professionals. They do not upkeep the property or fix anything when required. This property has flooded twice due to negligence. They fine you for any reason. It’s all about money. Have gone through four property managers in last year, currently have no maintenance because they all quit.

Terrible place! Wanted to view homes was basically pushed to only look at the ones the ones the manager lady wanted me to look at! There are some nice homes but "sales manager" seemed very clueless,
