Excellent place to live! It has a great location, close to stores, supermarkets, and schools, which makes it very convenient. The office staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it is handled very quickly. I especially want to recognize Carlos and Angel for their excellent work. They are professional, efficient, and always do a great job. I highly recommend this place!
Unprofessional Mangement. Office always closed during business hours even though it’s supposed to be open. They also have the manger Bertha leaving 5 star reviews when she doesn’t even live there.
Apartments were cheaply built, the floor boards were always coming up. Packages were always stolen, and was told I wasn’t allowed to have a ring camera. Also $100 was missing from my deposit at move out. The move out ledger showed it was unaccounted for yet after many emails and calls no response. 3 months later I received a email from a collection company saying I owed $115 when at move out all balances were paid. really good customer service, Kayelle was really nice with me, thats why I moved there.
Kayelle was amazing! She helped me throughout my whole process. She literally kept in contact with me and kept me updated and when I failed to call her back she managed to keep me in mind and continue to call me so she can help me move in. I’m so grateful for her and her team. I was truly in the right hands.
