Almost a year ago we bought a trailer that was way over priced. We waited a month before we could move into our home bc we were waiting for our furnace to be fixed/replaced. They ended up doing the bare minimum to get it up and running. When the hvac guy at peak heating and cooling asked about our heat ducts. Abanodoned by managers and new slumlord owner. Rent goes up , maintenance goes … well there is no maintenance
I have lived here for 7 years, and I have begged and pleaded to get several repairs done to our home, and nothing has been done. we are renters, and all they care about is to fix up the dilapidated trailers and sell them at a higher price than a new trailer so they don't have to do anything but collect lot rent talk about a (slum lord) they can't keep maintenance people because they don't pay them or get materials for them to fix the place up renters should come first before repaing a empty trailer to sell!!!
