I've had nothing but good to say about the units as well as Catherine. My uncle recently moved there and the Catherine was nothing but helpful, professional and accommodating. She made the transition for my elder uncle as easy and straightforward as possible. It is very quiet and comfortable and the newly renovated units are very nicely updated. The first time I've lived in a place that seems against you. From the first day of poor attitudes and seeming want to cause problems, I survived by wanting to escape. This is a place to isolate, and Waite for death, or escape. The administration actively tried to make trouble creating a culture of power-controlling want to hurt. I escaped, and found a better place, so be warned, keep looking and don't get stuck at sunset view, you are better than that!
Stopped in for a tour and the office staff and tish were very helpful
Don't rent here, it's noisy and crime area since the new manager. They don't do a background check on everyone which means you could have a criminal next door to you. The manager don't follow lease policies, you will regret if you rent here!
Terrible management since Linda left. I have lived here for 15 years and never heard bad things until now-the new manager Catherine yells at the residents and lies, and a few tenants have said underage squatters are hiding is some apartments and being noisy and Catherine don't care. Wonder what else illegal she is doing... Many residents are leaving-there is no community activities being offered or kindness. We would think the management company would be watching closer to all the illegal activity going on since Linda left!
