THE WORST management company by far. They falsely advertise the units and prices for rent when they post their listings. I canceled my application back in February 2025 due to them posting a completely different unit then what they had to offer. The photos showed (upgraded unit, stainless steel appliances, backyard) and was told they didn't have any units to show at the time in person. FINALLY the office staff has remained the same management for quite some time, and we feel things have definitely improved
I am a new tenant and I am so impressed with the leasing staff. Catherine especially has been awesome and gone out of her way to make my move as comfortable as possible. I have met several of my neighbors and all have been welcoming which has made feel right at home.
The manager at the office is super efficient and helpful. They make sure you understand the whole process before applying and during your application. This community is pretty, well maintain and quiet, maintenance gentlemen is also professional and knows what he’s doing. They’re all kind and friendly.
Previously left a terrible review but FINALLY the office staff has remained the same management for quite some time and we feel things have definitely improved 👏
