Great place to live! The apartments are well-kept, the area feels safe, and the staff (especially the manager) are always friendly and quick to help. Really happy with my experience here.

Sunset View feels safe, quiet, and well kept. The staff is friendly and quick to help, and the pool and gym give it a resort feel. I really like the rooms. they’re spacious, modern, and the in-unit laundry plus balcony make them even better. Peaceful community, yet close to the beach, shops, and restaurant.
Living at Sunset View Apartments has been an amazing experience! The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and truly lives up to its name with the most breathtaking sunset views right from my balcony. The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to help, which makes daily living stress-free. THE WORST management company by far. They falsely advertise the units and prices for rent when they post their listings. I canceled my application back in February 2025 due to them posting a completely different unit then what they had to offer. The photos showed (upgraded unit, stainless steel appliances, backyard) and was told they didn't have any units to show at the time in person.
