The doctor did so amazing on the kitten she tried to save her life and we lost her today but I just want to Thank u so much for caring for her and trying to save her!! That means a lot. I highly recommend this place for animals!!!
The lady on the phone working New Year’s Eve of 2025 was very very rude. When she asked for the name on the account I asked her, “would it be the pets name or the owners name” and she scoffed very loud and went “it’s the name on the account!” Her attitude stayed rude even when I tried to be polite and wish her a happy new year, she just slammed the phone down and it didn’t even hang up. You could also hear snickering when she did it. Just be prepared to deal with that if she’s the designated phone operator.
