Amazing service .. Kylie was so helpful on the phone and Katy arrived on time at my house. She was so kind and empathetic , gently explaining the process. She was so gentle with my lovely cat and he remained so calm and died so peacefully. She made the whole experience ( which I had been dreading ) much easier and was do respectful and considerate. Thank you so much.

Tries to be overly familiar and friendly asking too many questions about my life my neighbours if my rent is free telling me “You look better” as if it’s okay to say such things to someone you’ve met once before. This chick is weird acting like such a victim blaming me for her own feelings towards me? I am deeply grateful for Kylie and her services. My dog, declined quickly and we looked into home Euthanasia. Kylie got back to me responsively and answered my questions. She was so empathetic and clear in communication. Juliet came to help ease the pain of our dog, she was so gentle, sensitively held space for us and explained things clearly.
