Customer Service – I have a fair knowledge of mechanical concepts with automobiles, but I am not a mechanic. These guys help me when asked, and do the work when I ask them. Once I was even told 'You could do this yourself' and I did. I know I will get a straight answer to my question, or even an 'I dont know' if it applies. But as with any vender, you must remember no one is perfect. But honesty is more important than perfection, and much more easily obtained.
