We have used Sunset Travel for over twenty years. No complaints at all. The professionals on staff all have their expertise and all facets of travel are covered. They have rescued us more than a few times when we needed an in trip change of itinerary, especially the trip where the ending cruise was cancelled. They found us a ship to rescue our trip. Outstanding service. Highly recommend!
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable! – We worked with Jay at Sunset Travel to help us plan our wedding in Riviera Maya, Mexico. We can't begin to say enough wonderful things about Jay and his team. They took the very best care of us and our group and always had our best interest in mind. They did a great job of explaining all of our options for our group and were always extremely organized with our large group. we would absolutely recommend them and intend to use them again for any travel plans that we make.
Booked my Destination Wedding with Sunset- Awesome! – I started working with an Angela at Sunset Travel about having a destination wedding in Mexico. Angela ended up leaving the company which made me feel nervous, but I got transferred to a guy Jay who was awesome! Wonderful to this Single Traveler – I called three travel agents to book a vacation for myself. One didn't have time and was busy booking honeymoons and the other two didn't even bother looking for me and couldn't be bothered. When I called Sunset, Betty was wonderful and nice when the others made me feel worthless because I was traveling alone.
