Sunset gave ne an 11a-6p window to pick up. I arrived at 12:43 and shipper took till 4pm to load 6 totes. I put in for detention and sunset said I had a 2p appointment. No where did it say anything about a 2p appt. Disappointed but they are a nice crew.
