Found this place on google. Called, moved in next day (brought a camper with me). Been here 3 weeks and so far haven't had any issues. Didn't hear much good about the place from friends, reviews, or locals, but as of right now it isn't too bad. One could say it is "run down" yes. But, you get what you pay for. The manager, Duane, seems like a nice guy and did an a+ job helping me out. The biggest eyesore in Norton. If Kid Rock stopped taking showers for a year while constantly guzzling down bottles of Black Velvet (more than he normally does), this is where he’d live with his confederate flag out front. Practically zero maintaining from management here. They just let the trailers fall apart until they tear them down. Overran with cats, addicts, and terrible potholes.
