I think I lived in it for 12 years ago and I'm living in it again today and I'm loving it and I've already made some friends so that's my experience at the sunset townhomes.
Do not go here if you can!!!! Drama and very bad management!!! Wish I knew better before moving into this apartment 0stares!!!!!!!! Money money money beware!!!!! The lies go on and on… very scary what really goes on…
Been here for several years, plan to be here for several more! I love it for the most part. They do go through office staff often. They've had great staff, as well as some that have been very unprofessional, and difficult to deal with. Sometimes maintenance has not been timely. My only other complaint would be against some of the other residents. Not all of them are bad, some are excellent people. I am overall very happy with my experience living here.
