Skip and Susan are wonderful. We live in Cross Creek and we love it. Our home is very well built and is secured to ground. No matter how much the wind blows our home never moves. My wife and I are enjoying our retirement and home.
If there were zero stars I would choose it. Susan was rude and made promises she didn’t fulfill. Left our house in bad condition and blamed problems caused by their poor effort on “acts of God” and refused to fix them. Staff was honestly pretty stupid
I have lived in their neighborhood for years and love it I am actually about to see about buying another mobile home from miss Susan. She is always nice and UNDERSTANDING! I refer people to her all the time!
Went to look and the lady was rude. She acted as if I was a bother to her. It started over email when I was asking about pricing. I will say she did answer that, however when I asked if they had anything 3 bedroom 2 bath that was under 200,000 she came back with telling me about quality. I understand quality it was just a genuine question. Anyway went ahead made the trip to look anyway and she was rude.
