Management is very poor. I lived here for quite some time I gave plenty notice when I was moving out as I had just had a new baby and was moving with my fiance to Madison. Myself and my family cleaned the apartment top to bottom before handing keys in. As I was looking at my credit report almost a year later I noticed they had sent a balance to collections. management is very poor, when snow is here you basically have to shovel your own walkway and parking when it should be their responsibility, the landlord doesn't pick up or does not respond back to you, and landlord is never at the office. When they say no pets unless its from a doctors note, yeah right half the people that lives here have dogs and cats and they don't even have any health issues, i was told that i cannot have pets. Plus there always random people coming and going and taking peoples parking spot for days.
