This is no longer a family owned dealership, it has sold out to a multidealership operation. I bought a car there last week and it was a nightmare. Everyone is very uncustomer oriented, they don't tell the truth about the paperwork, or the vehicle, they tried to overcharge me $1,000 (sorry, just amistake, ha ha) the salesman was clueless and the F & I representative (I paid cash, no financing) is a world class jerk. 6 out of 5 stars up to Frank and the service department!! I am SUPER touchy on who I have work on or drive my vehicle (since I’m the one who usually does), and I’ve almost never trusted dealerships to work on my cars after a few incidents I’ve seen or dealt with. Frank and the staff did amazing work, fast, and super friendly. No need to think twice! I’d go back to see Frank and Sunset Subaru service anytime, comfortably. Thanks again!!
To be fair, I have only been once. A good experience. I had several things done to my 03 Baja and Danny in service did great job of keeping me informed of progress as we had to wait for parts. I bought my Baja new and have dealt with a few different dealers over the years for service. Sunset Subaru certainly makes the top tier. Hope I don’t have to see you soon, but with255k, things do need replacing. Thank you.
