When shopping around for storage units, these were the only people to treat us like humans. Extremely nice people, especially the young man working behind the desk. Also, one time I accidentally left something out of my storage unit, and once I left, I received a call instantly telling me so, and they even offered to keep the item safe until I returned to put it away!! Wow! I recommend them to everybody I know.
I went to Home Depot first to rent a truck for few hours, and after spending 25 minutes trying to "authorize" my ID via Clear, it was not working and the employees would not help me, I left. I then when to another Uhaul close by, and nobody was there, despite it being open hours. Three other customers were there waiting saying they had rentals they needed to pick up. Is NOT A SEMI TRUCK PARKING LOT !!!! When you try to get out you have this u hall cars parked all over the drive way and you need to wait for them to come at office to remove them from your way to get out … yes they are nice but ,doesn’t help me that you are nice if I need to get out to go at my work and I can not because you occupied the drive way with uhall … you apologize but I lost my 6000 $ load because I wasn’t in time at pick up because I had to wait for you to come and remove the uhall box from my way ,so apologies d... read more
Every time we've done anything with Sunset storage, their customer service has been top-notch! When we rented a unit from them, they were prompt with responses to any questions and resolved a billing issue when we were done quickly and without any issues. We've rented uhauls from them a few times, and it's always been a great experience. This last time I locked my phone in the uhaul after I dropped off the key, they answered their phone quickly and grabbed my phone first thing in the morning, when I went in, they even had it... read more
