When shopping around for storage units, these were the only people to treat us like humans. Extremely nice people, especially the young man working behind the desk. Also, one time I accidentally left something out of my storage unit, and once I left, I received a call instantly telling me so, and they even offered to keep the item safe until I returned to put it away!! Wow! I recommend them to everybody I know.
I went to Home Depot first to rent a truck for few hours, and after spending 25 minutes trying to "authorize" my ID via Clear, it was not working and the employees would not help me, I left. I then when to another Uhaul close by, and nobody was there, despite it being open hours. Three other customers were there waiting saying they had rentals they needed to pick up.
