Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I would give zero stars if I could. The entire onboarding process was automated and online, yet they failed to send any actual move-in information. Instead of a gate code or unit number, I was relentlessly spammed with requests for a five-star review before I even stepped foot on the property. When I arrived, the facility was a ghost town with no staff on-site. I had to call a support line and speak with an offshore representative who didn't even have my unit number ready. Beware! Setup and checkout process was not convenient. I didn’t realize that there was no employee on the premises and tried to find someone when the code they gave did not work. DO NOT knock on the door of what looks like an office on the property. Apparently it is a private dwelling and I was berated by the occupant. After waiting for 20 minutes I was able to get through to someone and get in the facility. Then the code they gave me for the lock was incorrect. They honored an online deal I found and the gentleman was very kind on the phone. The roller door is hard to open but a little WD40 will take care of that. The unit is very clean.
