This store stands behind their product. Had problem with filters. They replaced them at no cost to me and provided information so the problem will not reoccur. Truly excellent customer service.
We had an amazing experience with The L.A. spa staff. Our spa is awesome and so was the service from start to finish. They have a ton of spas at very good prices.We shopped almost everyone and are very happy with our decision to go with them
I called to ask a question about the wiring of a harmony spa, and when the question was too diffecult for the guy to answer, he simply hung up on me, so much for customer service
