Wow! Sunset sound cottage was everything we hoped it would be and more. The views are absolutely amazing, the house is set in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, the walk to the beach is an easy four or five minutes, and there are kayaks and paddle boards for adventures on the sound. We explored the area and hit up lots of great restaurants and markets, but mostly just enjoyed our time at the cottage, especially on the covered back porch, as well as the lower patio, where we sat out and ate dinner alfresco on our last ni... read more
The Sunset Sound Cottage was beautiful and even better in person! It was a perfect location to host some out of town friends and the house had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. We were there for a long weekend and at the time of our visit, there was only one neighbor, which made for a nice and quiet stay! We utilized the paddle boards and plenty of time on the deck/patio! Will add this to our favorites and would love to come back!
We had the best stay at Sunset Sound Cottage!!! Sue is an exceptional host! When we arrived, fresh flowers were on the countertop and a bottle of champagne. The house is plenty big enough for 6 adults and a baby, and is decorated beautifully! We especially enjoyed the downstairs eating area and the ping pong table.
