I want to share my opinion about my experience with María. She was the one who did my dental cleaning, and everything was excellent. She was very professional, attentive, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommended!
This is not a professional clinic. I called a week before to make an appointment for this week at 12pm I was confirmed that there was an appointment available. The day before the appointment I received a message to confirmed the appointment and I did. On the day of the appointment I called to confirmed the address and I was informed that I didn’t have any appointment set for that day even while having the text message sent from them and confirmed by me. We went to the clinic for the dental cleaning that is regularly covered by our insurance, but they insisted that we undergo X-rays first—claiming it was mandatory. After keeping us waiting for two hours, they informed us that they could not perform the standard cleaning covered by my insurance; instead, they wanted to charge us $175 each for a different type of cleaning they offer—despite currently running a promotion for cleanings at $80.
