Slow to contact me, slow (multiple weeks) to get results to my Doctor. Didn't tell me there would be additional charges from an independent doctor to analyze the results. So disorganized.
INSURANCE COMPANY WILL NOT COVER YOUR C-PAP MACHINE! Awful. If you have any intention of doing your sleep study here. DON"T!! I had already been diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea in 2014 in Virginia Beach with a two night diagnostic study. Sunset lab denied my diagnosis after a sleep study that occurred with 3.5 hours of sleep and I would have been denied my C-Pap machine had I not gone to another lab and been diagnosed again after my move to California. Great experience. I did the home study. They sent the machine to my door, I used it for one night and sent it back in the prepaid box. Got the results from my doctor.
From the beginning to the end very, very bad experience. From Jenifer at scheduling , waiting 2 months out for original appointment , to feeling discriminated on at appointment. Please do your research and go to a sleep lab that appreciates and cares for patients needing such a important study.
