I came here from the city to get dental treatment for my cat after being quoted an absolutely ridiculous amount and being disrespected at my old vet for needing time to save up money for the procedure. When I brought my baby, Brittany, here for the first time, the staff were incredibly understanding and did not shame me for living under the poverty line as I was shamed at my old vet clinic. We got the worst possible news regarding our much loved family pet and all the staff were remarkably kind and when it came time to say goodbye sooner than we expected, it was handled with the utmost kindness and empathy. Our sweet girl slipped away with peace and dignity and I will be forever thankful for how kind everyone was to our family. I can say with 100% confidence that this is a business that cares and provides an exceptional level of care.
