I have had the worst experience in moving out of these apartments and receiving my deposit back. I moved on 05/20 and still haven't received a check. The old apartment manager said i would be receiving it all back. There were several "utility" charges even though i paid them with rent every month. They tried to charge me for new carpet when it was used carpet 4 years ago when i moved in. They also charged me for their cleanup up crew. When lian was here it was wonderful she was really good at doing her work always helping her neighbors making sure there were okay great manager👍🏻
The office manager is very perky and has a good personality. The complex is very clean, and it is not a huge,apartment complex . very quiet. Parking is easy.
