I've been living at Sunset Ridge Apartments in San Antonio for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I moved in, the management team especially Katherine has been welcoming, responsive, and professional. Love these apartments. Clean and quiet.
I have had the worst experience in moving out of these apartments and receiving my deposit back. I moved on 05/20 and still haven't received a check. The old apartment manager said i would be receiving it all back. There were several "utility" charges even though i paid them with rent every month. They tried to charge me for new carpet when it was used carpet 4 years ago when i moved in. They also charged me for their cleanup up crew. The office manager is very perky and has a good personality. The complex is very clean, and it is not a huge,apartment complex . very quiet. Parking is easy.
