I lived with roaches for like 7 months , asked them to help me out and never did , my son got sick and still sick due to this. Asked to move out and just give me my deposit back because there’s no way I can live like this and they didn’t care. Now I’m living with roaches and mice, thank you very much :) Im a good tenant and responsible with rent never complain about anything but my son health goes first and they didn’t care. They charge you maintenance fees too get things fixed in your apartment …. I just needed a light bulb replaced in the ceiling & I was told by the lovely young women on the phone I will be charged for the item & maintenance will charge a fee ……….. Update; they also have a contract with a tow company who takes your running car while your simply bringing your groceries in all because it has no sticker to park anywhere but visitor parking… move here if you want you will be highly disappointed
Living here has been great. Maintenance is always quick to respond, and the pool in the summer is spotless. Yoana, the property manager, is super attentive and really cares about the residents. Highly recommend
