Maintenance is horrible! No one speaks English to a person that doesn't speak Spanish! So they don't understand a word you say! And management is not good either because they take forever to get any repairs! Just not a good place to live! Especially if you are handicapped! They won't make any exceptions for you! I've been living at this apartment complex since I was 18 I'm 20 now these people are the worst when it comes to helping out with any issues. my apartment got flooded for a month with an inch deep of water everyday I would come home to my dog sitting on the couch shaking because everything was flooded. my 3,000 dollar pc got broken, a lot of electronics and furniture got ruined and when I went to them to ask for compensation for everything that got broken and just said we don't compensate for water damage. 5k down the drain ... read more
