Normally I do not leave one star but I have to warn people. This place runs under multiple names. Paradise Resort and Sunset Resort. DO NOT BOOK UNDER SUNSET RESORT!!!! YOU DO NOT GET ACCESS TO THE POOL OR HOT TUB!!! You have to book under Paradise Resort. If you ever 3 year old cry because his parents booked under Sunset. Misleading booking as they add pictures of the pool and hot tub. We had the same issue and I saw another group behing us do the same. Staff are great, they have to put up with upset guests. Beautiful condo, more than we expected. Unloaded our luggage only to find out we had to load it up again and drive to another building. Tricky way to get to the room.
