I booked two properties on a Wednesday, had unforeseen issues arise that weekend, called Monday morning to cancel, they charged me over $ 600 in admin fees. It was in their contract that after 48 hours they would keep admin fees. However, in my experiences most companies will work with you. While they were pleasant, I will not use their company again.
Rented 17 Sandhill Crane August 15 2020. The pictures make the house look bright and airy. In reality it dark and you feel depressed walking around even with lights on. Sand all over the counters and a dead dehydrated toad in the main bathroom and that was after complaining and getting a second cleaning.
We rented a condo from June 12-19, 2021 in HH through VRBO and the unit was under the management of Sunset Rentals Upon arrival after driving all day, we received a text from Sunset Rental that our unit was ready for checkin at 4:00 for. 7101 Treetops. We have been traveling to HHI for over 15 year using different rental agencies or rent from owners. We used Sunset Rentals twice, first time everything went fine, second time over Thanksgiving 2020 it was a disaster. We wanted to use the same perfect house that we enjoyed over the summer, so soon after we returned from our summer trip we re-booked. Everything was fine until a day before we left for our trip.
