I went in for my MRI appointment on 10/13 at 6:30 p.m. I was told the wait would be 2-3 hours hence I would be starting my MRI at 9:00 at night, which is literally unheard of. I already had the same issue once before when I went in for an X-ray. I told the girl in the front I would not wait and wanted to leave. I asked how I would get the $150.00 copayment I paid, and she stated to call and Monday, and they would refund it back to my debit card. Horrible ir a ese lugar el coordinador es pesado no es la 1 vez que me pasa esto no se que esperan para que corran a este señor las recepcionistas son un BOFE Les debería dar vergüenza que nosotros nos pacientes somos los que les damos de artar.

Horrible experience!!! I will never go there again. Staff at front desk are rude they don’t want to work. I had an ultrasound done and I request for the result to be sent to my surgeon. They told me they couldn’t do that that they didn’t have the form for me to fill and and give consent when I ask to speak to supervisor they told me they didn’t have any supervisor working. It’s been almost 20 days and the doctor that order the ultrasound has not receive results.

Estuve hoy en este centro y para mi es muy bueno llegue a las 7:00AM y a a las 8:10 AM ya estaba de salida la atención delPersonal fue muy rápida y buena, la limpieza excelente y el trato de los técnicos en especial fue muy profesional, bueno y lo más importante el resultado de mi estudio en el mismo día lo tenía mi doctor primario es algo que todos queremos tener rápido y es el único centro que nos da esa rapidez para mi y mi flia y amistades lo recomiendo siempre pues no hay otro así
