I cannot say enough good things about this establishment and I have only been once. After several years of other doctors in the area being so quick to dismiss concerns or to speak dismissively, I, in an outreach of desparation, went to Sunset Primary. It was an amazing experience from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, to the check in process, to the Physician actually listening (and I had a lot to say), the office staff being kind and efficient, the proper referrals being placed, and the follow-up care. I was very pleased with the care and the information that I received when I was there last week. Everyone was kind, professional and patient. Jessica was great with giving me all the information that I needed about the semiglutide that I need to take on a maintenance level since I hit my weight loss goal. I was extremely nervous bc my dr.
