I had a really great experience at Sunset Primary Care. The office is extremely clean and well run, and the staff was thorough and kind from the moment I walked in. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained clearly. For someone without insurance, their pricing is very fair, which honestly makes such a difference. I can’t say enough good things about this office! The staff is kind, organized, and truly cares about their patients. Dr. Scotty takes mental health seriously and creates a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk about what’s going on. It’s rare to find a primary care provider who takes his time addressing both physical and emotional health with compassion. I always leave feeling heard, supported, and confident in my care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely listens and cares.
