Wonderful home and beautiful community. My home was the build out home in Sunset Preserve, so a long process from contract to close but the Pulte team worked hard to help deliver me and my family to our dream home. The sales and build teams have all been great and I appreciate their support. The closing team was ok for the most part but I sensed a weird energy with them. Had an amazing experience with Pulte from sales to design, to PM walk throughs to closing. I want to thank Amber, for being the friendliest, sweetest and helpful sale rep. She was very knowledgeable, patient and prompt throughout the process. I also want to thank Coutney from the design studio, as she went above and beyond to help us design our home. We made last minute changes, and she coordinated with others an made it very smooth for us. Thanks to Pulte for keeping such good employees!
