Sunset pools just finished our pool. Rob the salesperson was great to work with. He gave us the address of a pool they had done so we could look at it. Cathy from the office gave us a weekly schedule on what we could expect. Robert Turner the owner gave us his number and we texted several times with any quetions we had. The whole Sunset Pool team from start to finish were wonderful. Always on time and showed up when they said they would. It was a pleasure working with them when installing the pool. After the job was completed, they were always available to help when needed. Great company to work with. I highly recommend them if you want a smooth, easy, enjoyable process and AWESOME pool! Had my pool built in 2012, pavers keep sinking around the pool. After my complaints they came out several times and tried to fix it. 4 years later in continues to happen. They blame the paver subcontractor and he blames them for not compacting it properly. But I'm the one stuck with the problem. Beware of this company.
Sunset is building a in ground pool across my street. They have now approximately 7 weeks of dirt mound and trash next to me on an empty lot. The owner promised 2 weeks ago to remove! We have to look at this everyday. When you pay approximately $400. 000 really? I will now call the township on them and call the owner of vacant Lot! You are trespassing on private property! I would never recommend that company, obviously do not clean and dump it next to someone's house!
