We engaged this company for a high-value pool project, providing over six months’ notice with a clear expectation that work would commence on January 2nd. Despite this lead time, they failed to meet the agreed-upon start date. I also had to step in personally to secure HOA approval—another task they were unable to manage within the same timeframe. Sunset remodeled our outdated pool and did an excellent job. Damien recommended appropriate materials for the remodel and assisted with the budget. Our project manager, Frank, checked in on the team's progress frequently and kept us abreast of the status. He also followed-up weeks after our final payment to ensure one final item was resolved.

The entire process with Sunset Pools was fantastic! They are very professional, and there are no hidden fees. We had a wonderful experience working with Kevin to design the pool; he has excellent taste and provided us with several options while staying within our budget. Sunset built the pool in our first house in 2004. It was beautifully constructed in a timely fashion. When we moved to our current house the existing pool, patio and outdoor fireplace was outdated. I didn’t consider calling anyone but Sunset. They did a beautiful job which transformed our yard. We would like to thank Felipe for his gorgeous designs and project manager, Ricky, for making sure everything was completed perfectly.

I wasn't excited to design and go through the pool buying process with companies -- heard too many horror stories about high pricing, poor communication and/or questionable crews in general. So I cast a pretty wide net (I'm in Pearland) to make sure I found the right fit. Sunset Pools service was exceptional!
