Great place, love the water. Our company participated in the construction of Sunset Point we are now building our third set of kayak racks for the association. Great people!
Destroyed a ton of beautiful dunes and endangered bird nesting habitat for this giant eye sore that old rich snowbirds rot away in. Greedy.
Overpriced units plopped on the edge of a bird sanctuary. Land owners disturbed the nearby waterway causing it to close and now the shell key preserve is suffering. Profit from selling these units should be used to repair the ecological damage. THIS BUILDING SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN APPROVED.
