Alma was fantastic help! Our hot water heater wasn't working, so i called around several local plumbers in Lehi, but none were able to come for several days. I found Sunset online and Alma answered and suggested we try FaceTime troubleshooting before scheduling an appointment. He was very knowledgable and went over all the possiblities before talking me through resetting which solved our issue this time.
