Caring and professional and in reference to the review below, the owner's dog is a 16 year old 6lb Bischon Friese with no teeth that never goes into the pet motel, has trouble walking, hearing and is almost blind. The owner loves dogs and feeds her guests at least twice a day or according to the instructions provided by the pet owner
