Dr Shiva and the Sunset Pediatric Group have reaffirmed our confidence in dental health for our child after some serious missteps at another practice. The care and the expertise that they consistently provide here makes it easy to trust what is shared and what treatments are suggested. I just wish we were referred here sooner!
We live doctor Shiva and the team! They are so gentle, kids feel comfortable and obviously always love to pick a little reward at the end!
The place should get 10 stars for being the friendliest most efficient and amazing dental care. I and my nine year old son , and six year old twins just simply adore Dr. Shiva , she is an excellent dentist and extraordinary human and office reflects all from front office to making appointments to keeping them and kind reminders and flexible scheduling. My Daughter had an office visit with Dr.Smith. He's experienced , calm and has seen many children in 50 years as a Dentist. My daughter watched Disney on the large screen in front of her while receiving her check up and cleaning Dr. Smith explained her wonderful 360 mouth x ray. No biting tools. Yaaayyy. After she was done there was a giftbag made up for her. We made follow up appointments and when I drove off I thought of the xray-guess what? Very nice office. They seem very smoothe with the kids. I like that it's airy and clean. Dr. Lily took the time to discuss dental health with me and my son. She has a nice way about her that is both soft and sweet when it comes to communicating with children, but also is not shy about being serious and open to discussing in depth how important dental habits make or break the quality of their lives.
