First, they told me I had to pay $450 upfront for an abdomen ultrasound if I wanted to use my high-deductible insurance and that they would refund the remaining amount once the claim was processed. However, they filed the claim incorrectly, and it was denied on purpose, just so they could keep the $450. If you have a high-deductible health insurance plan, avoid this place and go somewhere else instead. They are scam.
