I had a great experience today during my thyroid ultrasound appointment. The front desk staff, Amy and Christine, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the check-in process. They made everything smooth and stress-free right from the start. The ultrasound technician Dianne was very professional, patient, and reassuring, which really helped me feel relaxed during the procedure. Horrible wait , no eta of wait. Needs to do better.
Important: The actual technical staff are great. Radiologists and techs are personable, attentive, and efficient. What I don't like: I've visited Sunset Park Radiology twice, and both times I check-ed in with the same front desk girl. Both times when calling my name she gave me a weird look and asked me if I'm sure it's my name she called. I'm a mixed Asian (east, south, and south east) and its quite annoying when visiting predominately Chinese doctor offices/clinics that my name gets questioned so often.
