I’ve been with nyu for years did all my surgeries and love this place but recently it’s been lacking. Today I went to an appointment near the hospital and started walking then needed to pee so i stopped here and my mom asked if I could and was denied. I felt embarrassed so i held it and eventually peeped myself a bit. Never knew a place that I’ve spent so much money at would do this. Mind you I walk with a supportive device.
Horrible experience !! I was in women’s health for my yearly exam and I proceeded to go to the front to one of the young ladies to let them know I was there for my appointment she proceeded to telling me she marked me present and someone was going to call me shortly . I see other patients who were there after me get called in to the other room I waited went to another young lady to ask why I haven’t been called in yet if I was waiting for one hour already all for her to tell me I wasn’t marked present and had to check in.
