Cole Van Landuyt at Real Manage informed me that if you miss a payment on your HOA fees you get charged 25.00 they will not work with you on a courtesy one time late fee removal. They said the developer informed them that they are to not to waive any fees. Not sure what the HOA is doing but collecting fees.

They said the developer informed them that they are to not to waive any fees. To make matters worse people have abandoned cars in the street taking up space. Not sure what the HOA is doing but collecting fees. There has been a broken down Honda Civic in front of my house for 3 weeks with a broken bumper.
