After living here for a little over a year, I can safely say that I fully regret my purchase. The lack of integrity in the build of people's first home is an embarrassment to the hard-working individuals and their families. I've had several water leaks, massive wall cracks, unfinished trims, bowed/crooked walls, improperly installed irrigation, siding falling off, concrete cracking, tubs slapped on straight plywood, creaky floors, a/c issues, roof issues and the list goes on. From start to finish, she worked with me every step of the way, ensuring clear communication. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Quinton, the field manager, who helped me with the inspections and walkthroughs. He was so attentive and made sure everything was immaculate.
