We had booked a room for one night, and the email process for booking was so easy and very responsive. Upon arrival to check in, Scott was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating!! They have a small front office with items you may need or have forgotten, coffee, and a fridge with snacks! The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, ours had a very large TV, came with a microwave and fridge, and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. We stayed and for the price the rooms and the service was excellent. It is a budget hotel motel, but definitely worth it. Much nicer than a lot in that price range that I have seen.
Clean and good price
After having a confirmed reservation at another motel in Fort Macleod, we arrived to find their office locked and no one available to check us in. Stranded in the middle of the night, we drove around hoping to find somewhere open. Thankfully, we spotted the Open sign here—and they truly were open. We arrived close to 3 am, and the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, even at that hour. A 60’s style motel but spotlessly clean and extremely well looked after. The fello at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning as it’s a great location and value.
