Stay away!!!! I guess the company supports this type of activity since they don't seem to respond to what this person is doing to people. My dear friend Dottie, was under contract to buy a mobile home in their Largo location and due to the Covid virus interfering with her financing (which is out of her control), they refuse to give her back her deposit. Lo escribo en español para todas aquellas personas de habla hispana que intenten comprar o vender un Mobile Home con esta "persona" GO GO GO! Es una estafadora, cuidado con lo que firmes, ya que, dice una cosa pero en el contrato pone otra. Dice que cobra un % de la venta, pero en el contrato te pone una comisión fija por el precio mas alto.
