If looking to locate here, you had better check it out first. Place is still okay, but in serious need of attention from the owners. All things considered; absentee landlord with evidently ZERO interest in what condition property's in, not looking for too much improvement. Seems more interested in thre INCOME as opposed to the quality of the property or what the residents have to put up with.
I wouldn't recommend this place to no one

Lot rent is average for southern tier of New York. Very clean trailer park. Well kept and maintained nice place to live
