It was a nice place before CAM took over management of the property. It will rapidly go downhill. I submitted noise complaints through the portal and they claim that they have no access to them. I have repeatedly asked for copies of my digital correspondence sent through the portal and they either a) don't want to provide proof of the portal communications I sent or b) all portal communications go to a black hole where no one reads them. This is one of the worst places to live in Mesa . The management it's the worse specially a manager named . Robin...she will rob you with phony fees every month . Stay away from this place..0 of 0 stars.. she will insult you. The worst person as manager and human!!! The authority should check this place the way they extortion people!!!
