Jess was amazing with helping us choose what we wanted on our father's marker. Ashley on the other hand was disrespectful. The receptionist told her that Jess had us scheduled and Ashley said oh ,well and took a couple that didn't have an appointment in there and we had to have most of our meeting that was supposed to be private in the lobby. Ashley kept the room for 40 minutes and didn't have the respect to at least apologize to us for taking the room and thinking that her client was more important. Kudos to Jessica and som... read more
