Bespoke cabin design paired with excellent hospitality by the owners. Excellent cell reception is a bonus. What more can you ask for?
The space was great. spacious specially for a big group like ours. Rooms were big, kitchen was stocked, towels and everything provided. Some Cons for us: - not so much but there was no wi-fi (didn’t know until we got there) and also no TV - only had about 5 pods lefts for the dishwasher (we were a group of 20 staying 4days), had to use dishsoap and it bubbled out (as per recommendation by host) - no mention of having to dispose of our own garbage (have to pay 4$ PER bag for disposal) - the shower room curtains were so thin w... read more
Wow! What a spot! Our group had an amazing stay at Sunset Lodge this past July. The hosts were incredible, and communication was seamless from start to finish. It’s clear this place was thoughtfully prepared to comfortably host a large group. We had a wonderful stay at the Sunset lodge. We were a large group of adults and young children and stayed in July. The cabin was spacious and well stocked with kitchen supplies, bedding, towels, and toys. The location was within walking distance to a small beach and about 10 min drive to Grand beach. We truly enjoyed our time at the cabin and already have plans for our next stay.
Our stay at Sunset Lodge was our first experience and we hope it won't be our last. The hosts at this lovely place have taken care of every detail to make sure our stay feels like a 'home away from home'. The cottage is clean, comfortable, and peaceful, both inside and out, with cozy and comfortable beds. I appreciated the spaciousness of the big cabin, providing plenty of room for my large family.
