Don't waste your time, terrible customer service.
My family did use this service alot, especially for our lake Tahoe trips until we met jade. Very unsafe driver. Speeding, distracted, and careless the entire ride. We did not feel safe at all my family will never use this service again.
Family event - easy to book, excellent customer service. Loved the driver - and the bus was cool/new/comfortable. We’ll definitely use them again.
Was recommended by a friend to choose this company /services. But my driver JADE had a very nasty attitude, vaping in front me. I mean how unprofessional is this company. I will not be a returning customer.
Jade is less than one star.... First of all don't hall your kids around in your jobs car .... Second of don't post social media where you baby is playing with fireball in this companys car....
