This provider is currently facing multiple cases in small claims court for taking a great deal of money without providing the lift promised. We paid him a deposit in October 2022 and still do not have a lift. For part of the year, we had construction problems on our end but when we finally got that straightened out, we faced excuse after excuse over the last 6 months. Now he doesn’t communicate.
